Candy10 posted a page from the BMR catalog showing exactly what you need to lower the car safely. Very high quality in BMR products. Use their Adjustable upper control Arm and bracket. The pictured Lower Control Arms and Relocation Brackets and further down the page is the Adjustable Panhard Bar are top tier products. You will want to shorten the bump stops by at least an inch or replace them with shorter units. You can repair the threads on the stud with a 1/2-20 thread chaser or by replacing the stud.

On the BMR relocation brackets the first or maybe the second hole from the top are most commonly used. I am using the top hole on the bracket with good results and have tried all three settings. I am confused by what you mean by “wheels crossed”. Do you mean the wheels are not centered? The adjustable panhard bar can fix that.

Watch out using the lowest holes on the BMR LCA relocate brackets. The opposite of wheel hop is called brake hop. I stated off using the top holes..... with my Roush rear springs + shocks ( 1.25" drop)....then a year later switched to the middle holes. The lowest holes are too low.

Before I installed the white line watts link, I had the BMR adjustable pan hard bar. The BMR PHB is dead easy to adjust, since the adjustment is on the pass side....and several inches to the left, so it's easy to get in there with wrenches. You don't even need to put the car on a lift. Just slide underneath and loosen it, then start tweaking.... then re-tighten everything. You will need a 2nd person to eyeball it up. 2nd person gets behind rear bumper, either side, and then move his / her head left- right, to eliminate the parallax on the fender well. Once it's dead on...... you never touch it again.

I know I waste my time, but on full suspension compression, the offset from the panhard bar is 0.4 cm and full rebound 0.5 cm. The apparent distance from tire to body is a sum of several factors and not from the 1 inch drop. A 1 inch drop results in a 1 mm additional offset.
You can center the axle with adjusting the panhard bar, but to do it because you lower the car is not necessary. To center the axle you should put it on a 4 post lift for alignment and weight on the drivers seat.

When you get the adjustable panhard bar installed you can adjust its length to push or pull the rear axle right or left as needed. I adjusted mine to get the same tire to fenderwell clearance on each side with the car setting on level ground and two spare tires in the trunk. At the time, I was using 10.5X28-15 Mickey Thompson ET Drags and they fit close but never rubbed.

This is very true. I had pronounced brake hop when I tried the lowest hole in the BMR relocation brackets.

The axle stays put....... the back end of the car body moves left / right, as you shorten / lengthen the PHB. Moot point.
