their having a big event at Great Lakes Dragaway this weekend, the legends of drag racing, all sorts of good stuff going on.

but the part of the radio add that caught my attention was their are going to have the 2008 Cobra Jet race a new Challenger Drag pack

who do you think is going to win?

yeah, i think the fastest time in one has been like a 10.8, or at least that's what I've seen of the CJs. But either way, I'm sure the CJ will hand ass to it. only because of the weight difference. oh, and FI... lol.

Doug Douell's AA/super stock drag pack challenger went 10.15@130 at the nmca event this past weekend. I've heard its 3320lbs with driver and somewhere around the 610rwhp N/A.

I think it will be a good race.

Depends on whose Cobra Jet shows up and what tune is loaded into the computer. Calvert's car has already gone 9.60's with an "other than NHRA-legal tune".
