For those who are curious, they weigh 21lbs. each for a total of 42lbs.

The Magnaflow muffler deletes in box shipped weigh 22lbs..

Without packing and box, you are looking at about a 22lbs. weight savings. The nice thing about this is when you begin adding control arms, relocation brackets and rear girdle/axle tube braces, you are probably a little ahead of the weight game. :thumb:

I just put a flowmaster hushpower axleback on mine. weighed both. stock weighed 42. flowmasters were 24.

Hey, sorry to post the foto again...I have the same dent on my drivers side,
also..this is a pic of factory pipes, correct?
Took it in, they threw it on the lift, and said they would get a new one
"when the part showed up on the computer"

Really....

Minus the indentions.

SSW appears to be a fluted design.

I would like to know what kind of in the car drone you get with either of these setups. 2000 rpm cruise. Will it drive you nuts on a long trip?
Thanks

I've experienced none of that 2000 rpm drone with the Hushpowers that you use to get with the old 2 chamber flowmasters.

Yes factory. The indentations are there on all cars. That is due to the machines used to hold them in manufacturing. Not a big deal TBH. Replacing will not help in any way. If you are really bothered by it, replace it with a cat-back of your choice. ;)

I can't believe those things retail for $600.00 bucks. Did you find them for less???

I paid just over $400 which is still too much IMO. $200-$250 is fair but parts for these cars aren't cheap atm. Maybe a different story in another year.
