Back on topic, any news about the car? Did they do a compression or leak-down test?

I was close to buying a 2011. I need a auto and why i was bummed they couldnt find one at the time I am glad now. Maybe in a couple years I will buy a 2013.

Yep i have an update and i will try to refrain from using any cuss words. I got a call earlier today from the dealership informing me the car had been given to a tech so that he could diagnose the problem. Hmmmm ok cool we are getting somewhere right? Well i just got home from work and there was another message on my voicemail. Mr Clair we just got off the phone with your FCC rep and at this time Ford believe your problems are caused by the engine and i quote "JUST NEEDING TO BREAK IN" WTF did you just say. And they go on to say that if im still burning this much oil at 10000 miles to bring the car in and they will check it out again. Ford says that the Coyote engine is not broke in until 10000 miles, ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? So at this point im pissed, they want me to pick up my car in the morning. So everything i had nice to say about Ford before, forget it.....So much for not cussing ........
