Well I am supposed to have my NX plate today finally(been waiting 6 weeks for it already!)
Since there is no kit for the CJ coyote yet I plan to build one with the best parts I can within reasonable cost.
Here is the plate:
NX949.jpg

The Nitrous Express GT 500 Nitrous Plate Conversion features a billet nitrous plate that fits between the throttle body and intake making installation quick, simple, and attractive. This part number comes with jetting from 35hp-200hp
Here are the Solenoids:

These are .176 Nitrous Solenoid and .156 Fuel Solenoid
Debating on soft or hardlines from solenoids to plate(I have both)
Going with a -6 feed line and it will be controlled with my NOS launcher system(I already had off my 2011)
With the large NOS solenoid I should be able to get a hard hit on lower bottle pressure.
My car is currently having the converter restalled so once it back(next week sometime) and given NX comes thru with my plate today then I will be fitting it all up next weekend :highfive:

Later this year or early next year I will be putting a built shortblock in the car and this will be one of 2 kits on the car. At that time I plan to have Steve @ IS flow the plate and modify it if necessary to support 400 HP

My goals as is are 100-150 to get me to the 600-630RWHP range(currently I am just shy of 490 RWHP N/A thru auto)
I think with tuning and traction it should net me high 9's in current street weight

I like the look of soft braided stainless lines, but I couldn't tell you why.

I'm considering nitrous in the far future for my car, so I'm watching this with interest.

I thought their was some sort of issue running a system other than a direct port on a CJ intake? So much going around and this is the first time I've heard someone running anything else besides a direct port system on a CJ.

I like to hear more about this, as I'm becoming familiar with my new coyote; I'm more inclined to go the N/A route with a side of Nitrous assistance when needed.

Lots of guys doing nozzles by t-body. This is a more complete distribution than a nozzle would be and will also cool the iat's as it sprays the intake runners.
Boss intakes and Stock intakes have been doing plates with great success and the CJ intake has a way better air distribution than either one of those intakes.
Heck a lot of people never thought you could spray a CJ intake because of FRPP saying it wasn't compatible with NOS but that's just to cover their ass if someone blows a intake up LOL

Makes sense as long as the manifold doesn't promote pooling

I'm for real I'ma Chevy guy that needs to learn this modular motor shit.

Lol
My dad is a GM master tech and I grew up racing Camaros and pro-street classic Chevy trucks.
I went Ford and then Modular and now even my dad wants a Mustang lol
I build a good amount of mod motors and now coyotes at my place in my spare time.
Took the motor out of my 2014 @ 382miles
I mess with everything from engines/valve train/trans/rearends/suspension/nitrous/turbos/ blowers/fuel systems/paint/etc.
We are putting a carbed mod motor in my wife's 70 F100 right now too

For the truck did you just bang the tire hump flat with a hammer? Doing a battery relocation to the trunk and the hump doesnt allow the battery to sit level.
