yeah, welding looks like shit compared to some real good welders......but i know its solid as hell, checked for all the pinholes and welded those up as well......should be a real solid set up!

3" piping from the headers to the turbo and from the turbo to where it y's into the dual exhaust. most kits are 2.5" from the headers to the turbo.....my intensions are to releave as much heat off the cylinders as possible.....and reduce as much back pressure between the headers and turbo.....this turbo spools planty fast so i dont think ill have issues with loosing any pressure there!

All the fab work looks good. Tig welding is the way to go if you know how. But once you get everything coated it wont really matter. Nice work.

job i was suppose to go on today got cancelled....so i came home and got to work, most productive day so far!

radiator installed and re-painted the behind grill area
all re-wiring for headlights complete
headlights installed
all vacuum lines re-routed
all sensors for the aeroforce gauges re-wired, oil temp, oil pressure and electronic boost gauge
meth controller installed and wired up
wiper cowl and wipers re-installed
made fuel line that replaces the entire fual line in the engine bay

now, for those who would like to install OEM HID's on thier non-OEM HID car.....this can be done with a few modification to the factory harness, adding 2 relays and a diode.....and also modifing the plug, the non-HID plug does not plug into the HID housings, they are slightly different. gave the car power today for the first time in 4 months to test out the headlights!

Looking real good. I bet welding those bungs on the valve covers was a pain, but definitely a good idea.

You are getting close. How did you like not having to deal with those stupid ears on the 3650? Makes quite a difference imo.
