3 valve fox swap

The drivetrain has been in place for a while, but my brother just finished the 5 lug conversion so the car is now complete. He bought a pretty beat up car and its been completely restored with my old 12k 3v motor dropped in it matched up to an upgraded T-5.

Here is his other car, and old 5.0 with some twin turbo kit on it. He loves his fox bodies.

Would the 3V engine clear without the cowl hood, or is the front of the intake / throttle body area too high?

it did not clear the stock hood as it sits, but we did not try lowering the motor because he was getting the cowl hood.
