Hmm... well as far as the p151a code goes, it's for the CMCV's. So I would check all the wiring for it. I uploaded the TSB on it.
I still have a feeling that the timing may be slightlty off... Even though the chains never came off the sprockets, there is still a possibility that the chains lost enough tension on the crank sprocket to move a tooth or so. But if you are certain that it's not the timing, I would check to make sure your alternator and cam sensors are working properly. Also check to make sure that the phaser isn't damaged. IMO though I would pull the front cover and ensure the timing is correct. Hope this helps man and if you have any questions just let me know. I've been down this road before with my stang, heh. You'll get this all worked out soon enough.
How would I check if the phasers are in good order or not? You mentioned to scope out the alt n cam sensors, how do I troubleshoot that?
As far as the CMCV plates go, I have delete plates. Could the tuner possibly forgot to compensate for the delete plates in my tune?
