Have a 4.6 and looking for around 350-375 HP. Can I get into that range with Headers and free flow cats?
I guess a upgrade on cams would be my next option but after that cost wise I better just going to a supercharger.

Jay, to answer your question, 350-375 at the engine, no problem, 350-373 at the ground is a little tougher but not impossible.
Definitely need some nice cams and not NSR's.

Go with a frpp intake, long tube headers, hot rod cams and blue thing delete. The btd is good for a good 20hp.

I just did a SEARCH on the Blue Thing Delete and due to the highly technical nature of this work I think I should be put back into the technical section!!

Do you have a budget or a specific desire to stay NA? If on a budget but don't care about being NA then go nitrous. If no budget and don't care about NA then go FI. If no budget and want NA then yes you can reach your goals.

WTF is going on?

if you want 375 to the wheel u need every bolt on in the books + big cams.

I was making 340 to the wheels (dynojet) before the frpp manifold + TB + JLT 110mm

Good luck.

I have every n/a bolt on possible besides heads and a driveshaft which the driveshaft does basically nothing! And I make 350 rwhp 330 rwtq! Looking back at it now it was a big waist of money and I wish I would have just went FI

But you can do this NA, if you wanted to. It's not difficult, and you can spread the cost out, if you desire.

Ported Heads
127400 (or better) Cams
Headers

Those are the big $$$ items that will get you'll there. You might not need the ported heads to reach that goal, but you'll definitely need cams.

You'll also need an intake, tune, hi-flow cats or no cats, and the rest of the exhaust. But these are all items that you would likely buy with a S/C or Turbo.

IMO you should do longtubes, Hot rod cams, and a tune. I made 331/331 on a dynojet with hotrods, UDP, x pipe, axle backs, and a Bama tune. Longtubes would give you another 10-15 atleast. You arent going to get 375 rwtq with a stock bottom end NA build. To get high hp you will need high revving cams which kill tq.
