1. On the bypass actuator line to the intercooler: that is the correct port? (bypass to actuator view). I keep thinking it should be a vacuum port?
2. Also on the hose shown, my previous mechanic ported the boost gauge to this tee. I'm not showing a boost. Does it (boost gauge port) go to the pipe port below the actuator?

Yes, you hook the bypass to that manifold port.

As far as the boost gauge you can run that off of any vacuum line. Mine runs off a T to the FPS hose but some say this isn't a good idea, but I've never had any issues. You can see the brass T fitting in the lower right next to the valve cover breather. I moved my fuel system around a bit but you get the idea.

Yes. Any vacuum line will also be subjected to positive pressure (boost). Something to keep in mind is that you will only see boost under hard acceleration. You probably already know that but sometimes people don't (myself included when I first put a Whipple on my motor).

Am I reading that correctly?

Yes. Any vacuum line should give you intake manifold pressure (or vacuum). Some folks say not to use the fuel pressure sensor lines as it may lead to funky readings or cause issues with fueling, but as long as it is a solid connection it should be fine. Like I said I run mine off of that line for 10 years now without any issues.
