5.0 back in action

Got my truck motor put back together on sat. And im very pleased.first off i had great help from my freind Art Q and one of my nephews i couldnt have did it so quick,easy and cheap without their help.its the same setup as before,stock shortblock with my heads and Boss intake.last time out in the heat on motor it ran a best of 12.92@105 and now i just ran a new best of 12.69@107 1.78 60'
The DA was 600-800' so the air was Much better than last time but im very happy.

Next 5.0 shootout needs some truck classes. Nice run!

Wow great times. I'd love to get my 5.0 truck going that fast - although that's going to take a lot more HP being a crew 4x4, probably weighs another 2000lbs compared to a RC/SB 2wd.

Makes me pretty sad I can only get a 12.69 @ 113mph on my 3V Whipple Mustang.
