On the same site I read about the 500$ ps kit, the "harness pack" was mentioned at 1500$, No need for a "crash car". Id want a fresh, untouched engine anyway. And many times "crash cars" are a result of the owner fucking around, so would you REALLY want someones abused engione?

you are right but if you want it for a big boost build you will open and build the engine anyway.

I can see both sides to this and have been trying to think which side is better.

5.0 swap or 4.6 build up.

My 05 has about 88k of hard hard miles on her. Still holding up very strong. I'm not a fan of the new body style but I am a fan of whats under the hood. I still have about a year befor my red girl is paid off so I'll just have to watching and learning. I'm sure one of you guys will come up with the best idea. Untell then I'm keep my fingers cross that my girl holds up.

Guys are making great power out of a Big Bore Stroker (BOSS50) same deck height and its plug and play. You can have one built, with ported heads, cam and intake for about the same price or less without all the headache. 400-450rwhp NA is possible.

its a little premature for a ruling decision but my assumption is a built 5.0 4v blown vs a built 5.0 3v blown, the 4v is gonna run circles around the 3v but it will definitely come at a price. tuning is going to give some tuners a fit, thankfully ive got a good one. 4v is in my plans but im going to wait for some wrecks to start popping up as we all know theres going to be a lot of idiots driving these things.
