Just wondering if anyone has had this problem...

I had advance track off and was on the skidpad drifting a set of junkyard tires away....

...and yet another set of identical warning lights came on, and traction control was enabled again, it happened twice in a few hours and turning the car off and on again, let me bypass the issue.

Yep, that has happened to me, also on a skidpad after 4 or 5 trips around. Turning the car off solved the problem. I haven't had it happen to me on the track or during an autocross though.

Don't worry, it will eventually :)

Steeda gave me a tune with traction control disabled completely. Its for!when I'm at the drag strip. An option maybe if it drives you nuts.

Sounds like the M2353CA boss 302sr abs module will totally get rid of traction control and stability control, and remap the ABS to be better. More detail near end of vorshlag build thread right now.

Also:
Ordered Bama tuner... plz let me know your opinions and experiences with it

Incredibly non-linear throttle map. Call them and ask them if they can smooth it out. Their tunes kind of turn the throttle into an on/off switch, which is cool because people on forums can talk about how they smoke the tires all the way through second gear. If you're trying to apply maintenance throttle in a turn on a track or trying to dance on the edge of burnout while autocrossing...not so bueno.

What tuner do you use?

First of all, BAMA is junk. They've destroyed so many Coyote motors, they had to offer to buy people new engines as a form of "warranty" just to get people to still buy their tunes. You want good throttle response and linearity for road course use? Get a Ford Racing tune.

Secondly, that ABS module you're talking about is for track use only. Is this being put in a street-driven car?

Steeda dialed in the car the way I wanted it. I asked them for a second identical tune with TC disabled. When I load it the TC malfunction warring appears but it stays off. Its apparantly easy for them to do.

Just go with a trusted tuner that partners with Ford or Ford themseves.
