Air Fan Control Switch dosnt go past 1

OK for some reason the air control switch no matter what number its on is stuck at one.. I turn the fucker on to 4 (should get a nice blast of air) and nothing, still remains air speed number 1... Any one have any advice ..???

Blower Motor resistor is shot.
Cheap fix

Pretty common with blower motors.
