Wanted make a little thread telling some of you guys on here about the customer service at Air Lift.
I had a little problem with the controller. Some how the LCD glass got a crack in it. Not sure how it happened or why. All I can guess is the screen had a small crack in the corner I could not see maybe from shipping or when we installed the kit.... not sure!
Over the past weeks the car has been in the shop and it has been very hot and humid here. When I got in the car yesterday to drive the car to test out the new brakes just installed, I noticed it.
Night shot... can't see anything on it.
Thinking the heat could have caused it is my guess not really sure to be honest. So I drop a pm to Jeremy as soon as I seen it, keep in mind it was a Sunday. Thinking I would not hear nothing back until Monday at least. Nope, I received a pm within a few hours.... pretty awesome customer service! He said he would get a new controller on out ASAP and just drop the broke one in a return envelope.... that was it!! Easy fix and no hassle!

I also want to throw this out there. I debated on making this thread.... but I decide it need to be put out there. Wanted to highlight their customer service and that their product is well made and super easy install! Sometimes things just break or unforeseen things happen.. just the way it is. No big deal!
