Android code reader

I need to get an Android code reader for my Mustang 2007. Which is best and what do they cost. I would ideally like to turn off my downstream O2 sensors

it can do everything from program new keys , to basic obd2 check as well as very in depth ones..

A code reader isn't going to do that. You need tuning software, a laptop and a compatible OBD2 interface. This used to be a normal option when getting a custom tune but the EPA handed out a lot of heavy fines to tuning companies a few years ago. Maybe you can find a tuning company willing to do this for you again since the EPA has had some of it's teeth removed lately. It's still illegal though, just as it was before the fine spree.

I'm not sure if it will let you disable the O2 sensors, but Forscan software and an OBDII adapter can make many changes.

FYI SCTX4 will allow you to turn off O2, fans, rear gear ratio etc. and you can also upload tunes and read/clear certain engine codes...

Is SCT allowing you to disable rear O2 sensors again? Mine lost that function in a software update a few years ago.

I have had mine turned off for over 10+ years! For off-road use only.

I'm aware you could turn them off with an SCT device 10 years ago. Doesn't really help the OP now though...

yea i didnt really see the disabling the 02 sensor, it cannot do that to my understanding

There are plenty of 7015 unmarried out there. He might find one that is not updated. It’s just an option to consider… or get a Litto tune and get sone additional HP/TQ.
