I don't understand what you are asking..driving around with out your coils and shocks n struts?

No coil covers the covers that snap into the valve covers on a 5.0 that cover the coil packs...

Only thing I see that might be an issue is water, and that shouldn't be an issue since its only temporary

It's just a dress up item, isn't it? Just like the engine cover is just a cosmetic piece?

No coil covers on 05-10 S197s and never had any issues with my 2006 nor heard of any water issues with the 4.6 S197s.

No engine covers stock unto 2007 either
