I've called barton a few times, never a responce. Even sent an email, nothing back either.

I called Barton in the middle of the day when I was installing my shifter and they answered and were helpful right away

I'm thinking they might've taken last week off for the holiday and today it might be too early depending on time zones.

Where are they located?

They have two phone numbers listed. One on their mobile site and one on their main site. I had been calling the mobile site number. I tried the other one and they answered right away. They took care of what I needed. A+
