Been working with Lito for a while and normally replies within a week. Last response I have from him was 19-June. Anyone heard from recently?

Unrelated but related, I moved to the FRPP intake from CMDPs (hence the ask for a revision). Safe to run the CMDP tune without revising for the FRPP?

Manifold volume will be off, and speed density tuning may need some work but it should still run. Drive it around and watch your fuel trims, if they aren’t crazy high one way or the other, you should be fine.

Same throttle body and intake tube as before?

Yes, same CAI and TB.

Trims at idle and low RPM, low load are the same as before. Just wasn’t sure if WOT would be OK as I am getting impatient waiting to test the new IM lol.

Speed density? Our S197 are mass air flow metered…

Correct, but in failed maf mode it runs open loop kind of an inferred speed density.

And cold starts in open loop use an open loop table that has nothing to do with the maf.
Closed Loop and Open Loop both seem shockingly accurate/unchanged. LTFTs and STFTs both hovering around 1.

Guess my biggest concern is with Closed Loop at WOT running commanded fueling. I wouldn’t think the FRPP would lean out much over the CMDPs, but looking for anyone with first hand advice.

Also just hoping someone has chatted with Lito recently to confirm he’s just busy or the like.

If it was me, I’d send it. Lol
Put a wideband in there and watch the afr when you make a pull. That’ll let you know if it’s safe. Just shut it down if it goes too lean.

I cant say anything about Lito though, I have never dealt with him.
