It looks kinda like the On3 kit but the piping looks to be reversed left to right. Maybe an older version or I’m sure someone will chime in with another name.

but it looks like a Ford piece to me, a Boss STB, it's on a 2010 GT in the pic, so for sure it would fit.

Coldside looks custom including the intercooler and alternator/turbo support bracket. Would need pics of the hotside to give you anymore info.
