Join engineers from Ford Racing and Canadian motor sport company Multimatic as they team up to fulfill every gearhead's fantasy: turning an ordinary, street-legal Ford Mustang into a high-performance track racer. In just two months, they transform a run-of-the-mill, 2005 showroom 'Stang into a ripped and roaring piece of racetrack muscle, more than capable of holding it's own against the race-dedicated machines of the circuit. But, this is no simple upgrade. Producing the world's first turn-key Mustang racer requires hours of work tuning and re-tuning the pony car's capable, but pedestrian, engine, transmission and drivetrain. To pull off this complex transformation, the team will need to work together to impress Ford executives and NASCAR star Kurt Busch, who's waiting in the pits for this historic ride.
