I've been considering buying steeda charge motion control plates and sr performance under drive pulleys. I already have 4.10 gears, bbk shorty tuned headers, Jlt series 3 cai, bbk throttle body, full exhaust, and a tune. With all that in mind do you think the control plate and pulleys are worth buying?

The plate delete is worth it for F/I. The pulley is worth a little bit.

I didn't like the plates on my car. I lost low end torque and my MPG took a hit too. Not a good mod for a DD IMO. No experience with the pulleys, always kind of thought they were a useless mod.

So you'd say get the pulley but not the plate? I'm not ever going to run forced induction be its my daily driver.

The pulley is functional, looks worlds better and might pick up 5HP +/-. I did install the Steeda on mine.

I like the CMDPs. I bought some DIY ones for a good deal and I think they help with the mid range to top end. They'll compliment the centri blower when I get it too.

I didn't bother with UDPs since I want a blower.

How'd you like the control plates?

I installed the FRPP intake, which deleted them.

LITO did a controlled test with deletes and keeping a/f identical. There was a 1HP difference. As others have pointed out, it softens the bottom end. I knew I would be F/I, so wanted them gone.
