Not sure the point of the post. We have been in communication the entire time. You said you'd be back from out of town on the 8th. I sent you the labels on the 8th.
When you email me, I always answer promptly. When you PM me, I answer promptly.
I am available from 8am to 10pm seven days a week. No one is ever not able to reach me.
I told you I was forwarding the kit to the next customer on the list. It is sent insured and signature required.
I told you due to the value of the package, an actual UPS employee needs to take possession of the kit (not a ups store) and that I could schedule a pickup. Or, if you had a UPS hub close and dropped it off at the UPS hub, that I would credit you $100 on top of the original amount paid for the inconvenience.
I have never held $1 from a customer ever.
And then to publicly post someone's personal info is out of line. If you have a question, email, pm, or call. I always answer.
It would be different if you couldn't get ahold of me.

Just letting everyone know what is going on with the deal like I said I would. Also, I don't recall ever being told it was going directly to another Customer, hence why when I actually paid attention to the address, it seemed odd to me.

Well I just landed at JFK Airport and checked on the status of the Paxton. It's been delivered to the new owner and signed for about an hour ago.
Now I am waiting on my refund.

I've been trying to get a refund or him to pay for repairs on this timing cover since December.
Last contact, about 3 weeks ago, he said he'd ship the other cover he had.
Matter of fact, in December he said he'd ship the other cover, too.
Needless to say, I have yet to hear from this bitch.
The cover he sold me has a broken boss...it's a threaded boss that holds an idler pulley on.
I was very adamant about the cover being in perfect shape...he said it was.
I might add, the valve covers I purchased in the deal were fine, as described.

Was cleaning my cell one day and accidentally erased it. I could probably go through the trouble of contacting Verizon and getting a call log. I've sent him a PM from this forum earlier with a link to this page. I also just left him a NEG iTrader rating. I'm sure he'll retaliate that, but I don't give a shit. If I don't hear from him today I guess I'll join those 2 forums you mentioned and start giving him shit there until I get banned. I'm one of those relentless types.

I received the red one, which I knew about the paint/powdercoat...whatever it was on there.
Actually, after I mentioned the broken boss to him, he checked the black cover out and said it had a broken boss, too. He said he would get it repaired and trade with me. He stated that when the repair was made he'd text pics of the repair for my approval. I never received those pics. I text with him about 3 weeks ago. He stated he'd send me the black cover and for me to do whatever with the cover I have. I told him I wasn't looking to screw him...that I'd post the red cover on here for sale disclosing the broken boss. I stated that once it sold that I'd be happy to donate the money to the charity of his choice if he didn't want it. He agreed and said he'd ship the other cover. That other cover has yet to make it to my house...because he hasn't shipped a damn thing.
