Opinions, worth contacting paypal for item received not as described? That was suggested to me. Thanks guys.

Personally, I wouldn't waste my time with Paypal. Trust me on that one. If you paid via CC, dispute the charge. Myself, I'd just pass it off as a learning experience and call it a day. It still is a fair deal, even though it's not as described.

Thanks Irish, you personally know how straight up I am. I here ya alter I just don't want others to get jerked by him. I paid out of my paypal and I would mustang30212 but I'm on my iPod, my computer crashed, Holywd has one, he helped advise me. Now that I know the bidding thing pisses me.

You take a chance online from buying form a forum. Check his I trader and paypal account before buying. Ask all the questions upfront and get all the pictures you need to confirm your buy is a good one. A lot of people just buy and think it will be whats in their head. Make sure you the buyer does the part of investigating. If you get ripped off it is what it is and move on. I have only a few stories to tell on either being scammed on paypal or you just can't please everyone. It's an online forum not a store. They are most of the time USED parts. Just do the work on your side to ask the right questions and usually the deal goes great. Use I trader feedback and all the tools you have. I hate paypal and will never use it again unless gift PERIOD. People try to get anything out of nothing no matter how hard you try to please them.

If you are not happy with the transaction (sounds to me to be a valid complaint) make sure you leave a negative Itrader explaining it for the next buyer. You talk to any of the mods about the bidding deal? Save the PM's?

If the buyer did not see pictures that person took a risk. This is the chance you take and just use I trader so others know what went down. Also mark them on bad seller list and thats all you can do.

The bidding war, is bullshit but this can be prevented by not engaging in that type of activity. To put it simply, some dickhead offered more money after a sell was made, said dickhead seller accepted it and hit the final buyer up for more money. I would have told him to sell the shit to someone else and then I would have posted the PMs in the sale thread.

Wisdom: If you want to be involved in an auction, whether as a buyer or seller, I would like to direct your attention to eBay.com

Ok guys I was at work and got, just saw this . First off I'm kinda new to buying here but now that I know the rules I'll never let that happen to me again. You are rite a learning experience.

Tre, I do have the PM's but haven't spoke to any mods.

Jewc75 thanks again for helping me out

Racingtheburg, that is why I wrote this here, showing I learned now and hoping I can help this to not happen to others, I understand taking a chance, but dishonest sux . And then to email the guy after and reply "whatever" what's that about. Anyway I did this to help others.

I've met great and helpful people on here so I'm trying to keep it positive for me and keep people who do negative thongs away, such as this seller.
