Battery won't charge

My car has been sitting in my garage for the last 4 months and I was a dumb ass and didn't put a charger on it till about a month ago. The batt. isn't charging, but I noticed that with the charger on the reverse lights and the first bulb in the tail light assembly are dimly coming on. Anyone ever seen this before?

Sounds like its dead and the low voltage is freaking things out.

Car batteries will go to shit if you let them discharge. Even if you can get it to take a charge today you will still end up replacing it very soon. Might as well replace it now, then see if you still have any issues with full voltage.

As stated before replace the battery now it's finished. When the battery is low or will do all kinds of weird things. I just had to replace the battery on my 11 for the same thing.

Eh, I guess it lasted 5 years.
