The customer brings the car to BBR to have work preformed professionally. After work is preformed the car doesn't run right.
BBR tells the customer to check their work for loose hoses and connections?

Didn't the customer pay to have the work done professionally?
Who's responsibility is it to make sure the car runs right after work is preformed? Certainly not the customers.
Why wasn't a test drive done by the shop before delivering the car to the customer?
Wouldn't BBR want a data log to see everything was working properly?

this is what seems off to me.. what company does that?

"heres your brand new laptop" pop it open and make sure we connected everything inside of it and screwed it in."

Not sure if MMR ever had customer service issues or just shitty quality control; a lot of complaints about BBR is how they are treated on the phone.

Seems as though MMR is trying to slowly turn it around though....

I know I tried the Deka Continental minimum pw and couldn't get above 12:1 at idle. FRPP lists a min pw well below the linear stage that Continental shows in it's specifications. This was at 39.15psi.

What I'm not getting here is why can't the pressure be lowered from 52psi to 39.15 or even 3 bar at 43.5? Is is a mechanically regulated returnless fuel system in the Coyote?

Are you a scientist? They way they talk us 3 valve guys are retarded....80s will work on a 5.0 as long as the tuner knows what they are doing.....Seen it many times...

pics and videos are attached. small 1" lol.... how the hell could it of been dyno tuned like that. yeah and sure on Oct 6 it was driving good. I mean when you go through a hurricane of problems you try to find some positive.
Little did I know in a month the car would need a motor and soon after a tranny. Oh and a new trac lock according to Chris.

Picks of the tranny cross member bolts falling out the next day after the motor was installed. Chris apologized and said he was sorry, those are the last bolts that are suppose to be tightened.

are you attempting to imply he pulled the intercooler, stuffed it with packing paper, then took a picture?

also as sam said the fact there are pictures means theres no "if"

this is a big boys site, if your going to call bullshit on someone do it, dont pussy foot around with "if and when"

for what its worth i believe the pics. why would someone pull their intercooler, fil with packing paper, and then risk their motor just to possibly bad mouth a shop.

I don't understand this post either; on SVTP you were bashing BBR and then your statement implied the OP was doctoring the pics so whose side are you on?

You can see that the video lengeth and order match up exactly. I do not doubt one bit that those are exact pictures of how it happened. Seems like BBR is beating around the bush on SVT. They also admitted that the paper was something done on their end.

I am not passing judgement on the op at all and never claimed I was, as the thread has and was progressing with op saying he saved all texts and pictures I and others might have thought that a date corresponding to the events might have made a more concrete evidential dispute.. that is all nothing more nothing less
