My prediction: BBR won't show up, won't say anything about it ahead of time, and the weak ass excuse will only be given once it is time for them to already be there. I know eight year olds who race Jr Dragsters that make more passes than BBR.

So you seen it at the track making passes? You seen it at there shop on the dyno? Or you seen it at a car show claiming it was going to do something?

I have seen the car in the shop being worked on and also at a few car shows.

Don't know the numbers as they have been quiet about them it seems and I am not sure if it has been down the track yet.

That last sentence is pretty funny!:roflmao: Isn't that BBR's MO?

well, i have racestar sending me the matching 17x7's yesterday for my own car,

the 215/55/17 Xenon Tire is a z rated tire and fits on there good. Same thing I had on the boss 17x7 wheels.

Not sure how much e.t. that will cut me back, can't be more than a tenth i figure.

If i'm going to drive it there like that, that's how i'm going to race it.

Who knows, a little more tire might be nice for stopping at 160+, because that's how fast I plan on going!!!!

Nice! That is a true street car if you make that trip win and drive home. I am curious on their excuse after that happens.

i don't know the specs on the shelby they want to bring, it could be a full blown race setup. probably an auto conversion i'm sure. It better be anyway.

Is that a custom intake?

if you are talking about Terry's car, its a MMR billet intake, not really "custom" as its a item they produce for sale, however there are very few out there from what I've seen.

Dude that's cheeeeap for an intake. Most start at 2500. I might mass produce something like that if it could be done in a day to day and a half. Otherwise it's jist not enough money.

DETROIT (Reuters) - Ford Motor Co. on Thursday said it awarded new Chief Executive Alan Mulally compensation of $39.1 million for four months of work in 2006, a year when the second-largest U.S. automaker posted a $12.7 billion loss.

Works out to $61,093.75 an hour (a Shelby GT500 or Saleen PJ Edition at asking prices), assuming 20 working days per month...

Its hard for people to spend 1400 when there is no data to back it up. No comparison test vs the boss or CJ intake. Both can be had for 1/3 and 2/3 of the mmr.

JPC one will be out for $799...are the MMR / sheet metal intakes suppose to be that much better than JPC's? i have a hard time believing they can be
