Best place to order 19" tires?

I have the premium 19" rims on my gt and its a bitch to find good tires at a good price. Any have any recommendations on where to get them besides discount tire.

That's why I'm moving back down to 18's. Tire prices suck for 19's.

Yep, i run them on my car. 255 40 19 and 285 35 19. Staggered set up from the Boss LS. Not everything they carry is listed online. Always good to call in.

Pireli P Zero's. 245/45/19 and 275/40/19. Most will probably say they think an all season tire isn't the way to go but I really like them. They are super quiet, ride great and should outlast a summer tire by a lot of miles.

Treaddepot.com seems to have good prices. I have 18's so I'm not familiar with the prices of 19's but it's worth a look.

Note, however, that most local tire places mount and balance your tires for FREE if you order tires from them. And you don't pay as much for shipping. My point is that it isn't as cheap ordering tires online as you might think. I had to pay $100 in shipping and another $100 to mount and balance the last four tires I got online.

Also if you're looking for a taller tire, to match say how the CS/tire (stock 245/45/19) wheel is setup, the Hankooks also come in 245/40/19 and 275/40/19, or you can just run 275's all around.

My experience is the exact opposite. Matter of fact, my last order was from Tire Rack. I ordered 275/45/18 Continental DW on clearance for $100 each plus $25 to ship both. They shipped them right to Pep Boys and I had Pep Boys Match Walmarts stupidly low install prices (like $10 a tire and I think another $5 to balance, I think).

have you considered the new(ish) Mickey Thompson Street Comps? they are a good tire at a fair price, I run them in 255/40/19 and 285/35/19 and Im very happy with them. got them at American Muscle

It depends on the shops in your area. First of all, I wouldn't let my local Pep Boys work on my '93 Corolla, let alone my Mustang. $100 for 4 tires was the cheapest I could find. One shop wanted to charge me $240.

I just brought them my rims, not the vehicle itself. It wasn't a big deal nor a problem. But I agree, it's possible you can get a better deal from a local retailer then online, just gotta shop around.
