Well the count down is on. Heading down Friday morning to pick up the car. A big thanks goes out to Bigstick for taking time away from work and family to drive me the 4 hours one way down to pick up the car.
The car dynoed out at 501 rwhp and sounds great. I gues it is time to update my mod list as Brent and the guys did alot of work on the car. Also a big thanks to Brent White owner of Brenspeed. Brent was great to work with and with his help I was able to do alot more than I ever thought I could. I have been very impressed with the whole project. I have to say this...Brent has been great with dealing with me. I can be a pain in the ass as I flip flop back and forth on mods. So I might send him 5 emails in a row changing things. I know Brent probably had to bang his head a few times on the key board after some of my emails ( ask Bigstick and Greg@S&H Performance ) But he replied to everyone and even though he at times wanted to smack me in the head he answered all my questions without letting on i was agravating him..lol
So The car ended up with Roush TVs 2300 plus everything that goes with it.
DR cams, Fluidyne radiator,new thermostat, breathers
SOS pillar two gauge pods, Auto meter gauges
Whiteline rear adj sway bar,BMP tube rad support
Steeda batt reloction with rear disconect switch
Pypes LT headers,O/R h-pipe,HF met. Cats,MACs
Plus a dyno tune.
So less than 50 hrs and I will be driving the car back home. Supposed to be 40deg and Sunny for the trip.
Also I want to thank the numerous guys who have posted and pm'ed me with ideas and supportive comments. James

Well 40deg is not great but it is as good as it has been. It would be alot more fun to pick it up on a 70deg day. Instead it will be just a go get it and drive like a grandma trip.

UGH.....Yeah I know more $$$. I wish I could have done now when they had it apart . It would have saved me thousands but I didnt have the cash to do it now .

I am going to try and travel some with it. Minn is quite a haul but I wouldnt rule it out.

James had a family issue to deal with and we had to postpone.

Looks like we're back on track for this Friday though.

Yeah ...sorry guys I have meant to update this. I got a call last week my mom was sent to the Hospitol. She lives about 2hrs from me. I was waiting to see what was going on when I got the call they were sending her down to UofM hospitol in Ann Arbor. So my wife and I ended up going down Thursday and staying until Saturday.
They were going to send her up to a nursing home close to me until she gets her stregth up to go home. But today they said until they regulate her heart she is staying down there. She should be up here wensday but?? They think they can take care of the problem with one more "minor" surgery but with her being 80 and in poor health they need to get her strong enough to do the operation.
So they want to wait a month or so to do it. She cant stay in the hospitol and is to weak to go home. So we are hoping after a week or so she will be able to go home until the next surgery.
Bigstick was all set to take me to get the car last Friday but I canceled. So we are looking at this Friday. My mom should be at the facility near me and it is a facility my wife (RN) has other patients at and can check up on her daily and Bigsticks job I need to go when he can get the day off. So we are going this Friday unless something drastically changes.

Wow...if it weren't for bad luck you would have no luck at all....sorry to hear about your Mom.

Thanks Greg.. Mom should be transfered today up here. With the weather , the fact Brent has been great about not being in a rush to get the car out of his shop, and bigstick being flexable . It has not been a huge issue. I am excited to get the car home even though it will just get stuffed in the garage until the weather improves.

Yeah the other day we were getting close to no snow on the ground. It was almost 50 deg out. So weather said 45deg on Friday so I planned for Friday confident the snow would be gone and the roads dry. UGh we got 2inch of snow last night.
