How does it work? Does it improves the shifting on TR3650

It fits the MT-82, not the TR3650. Ford designed the external shifter to mount to the transmission at the front and to the car body at the rear. There are bushings to allow the shifter to move so it doesn't bind up when the engine and transmission rotate slightly from torque.

The Blowfish bracket removes the rear shifter mount bolted to the car body and makes a rigid mount completely supported off the back of the transmission. This is similar to other transmissions where the shifter is built into the case and is not attached to the car body.

I have one in a box pm me its yours for $175 + shipping. It was on my 2014 for about a month. I had no issues with it and found it really did work. I wanted to try the new MGW and the blowfish bracket does not play well with that piece.
