It went together well. There were a couple things that were a PITA but other thn that very simple...

I have upgraded the wastegate to a Tial F38 with an 8psi (small blue) spring.

I am hoping the turbo will be fine at low boost. I am planning on upgrading it soon also.

I am using 39# FRPP injectors and a Kenne Bell Boost a Pump.






Edit: also one thing I had to change with the piping was the pipe that goes from the filter to the turbo. It was too long and I just had to fut about 5 inches off of it.

BTW, I just did a couple 4th gear pulls guys and all I can say is Fuuuuuuuuuck this thing pulls like crazy!!!

I can get a few pics, but not under the car. I would have to take it to our shop and put it on the lift. I will get some after we are dont datalogging and tuning.

I will upload some underhood shots in a few... I still have some of the shitty worm gear clamps but I am waiting on the good ones to get here.


Also I am waiting on the Tial wastegate... I ordered one a while back, then sent it back cause I didnt think I would need it... now I am having second thoughts about it lmao. I dont want this one to fail and be pushing like 14psi or some shit.

I ordered a new tial a couple days ago, just waiting for it to get here

Yeah, everything is fine so far but the wastegate is not releasing any pressure until like 12 psi... so we are gonna stop the tuning for now until the new one gets here.

Glad you got to atleast drive it. Did you check that the wg that is on the car now only has one spring in it? You may have been able to remove a spring if there are two in there and lower the boost.

Yes I checked it and there is a small blue spring in it. It is supposed to be a 8.2psi spring. It's ok though cause I will feel much safer with the Tial wastegate.
