He only hit 12psi because his wastegate wont control boost properly, which is why he said he will wait until he gets his new Tial wastegate on to test further. My car has hit 10psi a time or two when I was getting everything dialed in. As long as it doesnt detonate it probably wont come apart if you only did it a couple times for short bursts. So ur making 12psi. Is that safe for our bottom end? I don't think I wud go over 10.

Here is a quick video from earlier when I was datalogging.
Theres a turbo on there? lol jk
Sounds like you were getting that bov to go off when the auto trans shifts?
Here what my setup sounds like at 12psi dumped wastegate.
I LOVE having my wastegate dumped, sounds so wicked. Lets people know you are getting down to business
Is a matter of taste (and there are some backpressure reducing benefits by having it opened, depending on the kits design), I like mine routed (but did as it should be done, pretty far behind). I did not liked the exhaust leak type of sound.
Like I said, it is the sound of DOIN WORK. lolYeah I am not a big fan of the exhaust leak sound either
