Boost flutter?

Anybody else experience this? It happens in any gear. But under load the needle likes to kinda "bounce" a bit.

For some odd reason it won't let me embed... Tried like 10 times and I've embedded plenty of times

I didn't see any boost

However first guess would npbe belt slip

Well I wasn't really trying to get into boost but I was in 5th gear and just putting it under load. But the needle still shakes when it's under load
