Ok so I installed a set of Vogtland springs, lowered the car about 5/8" front and rear. (Seller advertised as 1.4" all around) can't complain though because $50 for 4 new springs.
Quick + dirty measurments with digital degree meter from HF mounted to the brake rotors on level driveway.
After lowering, camber is -1.9 Pass. side, and -0.9 drivers side.
I tried the 180 swap for the upper strut mounts, now at -1.2 Pass. side, and -0.2 Drivers side. The offset of the upper is ~6-7 mm.
Net Positive gain is equal on both sides, but imbalance of 1.0 degrees.
I started to think about the engine cradle and shifting it toward the drivers side.
Any opinions on if I could gain 0.5 degrees to balance out both sides?
Figure I could get close to -0.7 degrees both sides if I had enough room for adjustment.
thanks for input
