It should be easy enough, i think the most
Important part of doing this is insuring you have all your parts needed so that half way through the install you don't run into issues.

Like Greg said though, should be simple enough

it isnt that hard. I installed the Whipple myself. Even the GT500 pumps were not bad as some posted. the hardest part of the Whipple install was the two 13mm nuts for the hard lines from the heater. I see that in the instuctions you posted. I cant justify paying someone $600- $1200 plus to do the same thing i can do, but i enjoy this kinda stuff. If you feel comfortable turning a wrench go for it. i am sure there are plenty of us on the forum that wouldnt mind lending a hand. If you have the extra cash I would look into the GT500 pumps though just to be on the safe side. Call Steve @ Tousley Ford, I doubt anyone will beat his pricing.

Thanks Ray that is kinda what I was thinking, I love to learn and feel the self reward, but after reading the instructions seemed a little more in depth than a set of headers which I did. I think it would be fun and not too hard with some help and beer. Did you do your gauges too?? I'm kinda unsure what I need but I was leaning toward an aeroforce interceptor in a vent pod, then I guess getting the wideband sensor. Any suggestions on what to get or what I need. This realm is completely new to me.

Yes I did the gauges. I went with one Aeroforce and a boost gauge installed in the SOS pillar. The great thing with the Aeroforce is they have wideband sensor kit that plugs right into the back of your gauge, so no need for a separate Wideband gauge and it saves you around $200. If this is the kit you have decided on I would go the JDM upgrade.

Any of you guys have ceramic Hi-Flow cats and then have to change over to metallic when going FI?? I won't be putting the boost numbers with the M90 that you guys are so I'm wondering if this is absolutely necessary or will I be ok?

Either way the cats are gonna be on borrowed time. The metallic version will withstand more heat for longer than ceramic. Boost generates alot more exhuast heat and pressure and f's cats up.

If it were me, leave the cats alone, get an o/r mid pipe, and save the catted pipe for when you need it(inspection)

I saw their cars there but they were nowhere to be found. It was nice. Not as many Vendors as last year. Also less cars on the outside but I like looking at everything. I was laughing at this one idiot talking shit to Erika Elaniak.
