Constantly having to reload tune?

I try to start my car at least once a week. Every once in a while the battery is almost dead. When I jump the car, the car will just turn over and over and not catch. Once I Reload the custom tune, car fires right up.

Is there something I'm missing?

You most likely have a battery/charging/ground issue. The tune loading is coincidental I would bet.
