Hey I have a quick question. I have the Whipple HO GenII(455rwhp/418rwtq by Adam) and am finally, finally gonna get to hit the strip here before the end of the month now that I have a pair of DRs...

I'm not going to race much maybe a couple times a year. Want to keep everything in one piece before I go forged...

My question is:
At what point do I look to a bigger HE and IC reservior ? and What else should I worry about in regards to keeping things together ?

ok 2 questions, I lied.

I do have CHE LCAs and Relo brackets and the CHE UCA soon to be installed as well as the FRPP suspension kit. I know the suspension doesn't really help much but I like the way the car handles and don't really want to change it too much.

Hope that's enough info. I know a lot of people want opinions and give you nothing to go on, I don't want to be "that guy"

My :2cents:... I wouldn't worry about the bigger HE and IC reservior right now, especially if you only plan on racing a couple times a year.

What trans are you running?

i had the FRPP handling kit and my 60 foot times were never better. i wish i had it back.

As far as a larger HE and IC, they can only help and if oyu have the means to upgrade, why not

We also have the FRPP handling pack on our Whipple 2007 Mustang GT and my 60' times are 1.7 and I've been a best of 10.82 @ 126mph on 20's.

I agree Ron, it can't hurt.

Thanks guys. I've got a manual, not auto

So I'm planning on going down to Barona on the 19th and I've seen how ST stuffs a IC resevoir full of ice on Don's car, How would I keep mine cool or at least cooler I've only got that tiny one that is stock.

thanks again.I appreciate all the info and help. If there is anywhere to go with serious questions I know this is the place.
