Cruise Control Question

I have a 06 GT Automatic. Trying to figure out if I have a tune issue or not.

When cruising down the interstate and I set the cruise, it will not stay in lockup unless theres a load on the engine. IE going up a slight upgrade it will go into lockup but as soon as I hit a flat or downgrade it goes out of lockup.

Is this normal?

Does adaptive learning have effect on cruise control?

Any automatic guru's out there that can answer this?

Mine stays locked. If you suspect the adaptive learning is screwing things up, reload your tune.
