Hey all,
I just got myself a 2007 Mustang GT/CS. The previous owner imported it to Germany and had a light conversion done to make it road legal for Europe. I can understand all the wiring changes that have been performed, except for one. Now when I look in the trunk of the car, I see a cut wire, where the wire is spliced of and running to the tail light cluster.
As you can see in the attached photo's, the wire is cut from a connector that also houses the wires from the rear speakers. However, when I look into the wiring harness on this page, there are no connectors mentioned except for the convertible connectors but my car is a coupe.
Does anyone have any idea what this wire is/was used for and help me try to understand why it seems to be wired into my tail light cluster.
Thanks,
Dennis
