mine is mostly stock, and i have not taken my dad for a ride n it since i got it, but he did have some interesting vehicles as his dad had a junk yard...so whatever he fixed he drove...i only got to see one of the engines he built in person (machinist and fabrication are his trades) and it was a 460...i was in high school then, all i remember it having was a big loping idle, he said it had flat top pistons and dont know what else, but it was in a 78 F350 reg cab swb with his own custom welding bed/tool boxes with a large lincoln diesel welding machine, and had 4.11 gears, easily ran off from the f/s chevy i had in highschool with the welding machine on the F350...he had trouble cranking it most of the time though...and he sold it cause it got gallons to the mile...
