Meh, BBR has some image fixing to accomplish right now. I just ordered $500 worth of shit for my Stang. BBR was not on the list of companies to buy shit from due to this thread and the fact that another member has had some issues with them as well.

Seriously? Being a vendor on this site just means you can sell stuff and have your own sub forum for selling products. Which in turn makes them money.

Being a vendor on here before, I know that if a thread gets out of hand they have the right to get it deleted. They did not, which tells me they are trying to make this right... Trust me they have more happy customers....

If I had a Procharger on my car, I would not ask for an email tune. No offense!

Stacy, you haven't been around much lately. May want to read up on some of the recent BBR issues. Anyone can pay a vendor fee and peddle their parts. That's the easy part. It's the service afterwards that counts.

Being a vendor on here before, I know that if a thread gets out of hand they have the right to get it deleted.
Stacy - this forum does not and has never deleted threads at a vendors request as long as I have need a moderator. There have been some limited instances where threads were cleaned up when the facts were stopped being debated and things got personal.

Additionally, you are not aware, nor am I, if the did ask an admin to delete the thread.

They contacte me and told me they could make it perfect talked me right into going with them. I was never aware of a policy where I couldnt get a refund. Everywhere I have been you could get a refund for merchandise or if the service you receive is not as described. The service I received wasnt even close to as described. They never once told me they have a policy where I could get a in store credit if something went wrong. In there words nothing is going to go wrong just download and go.

Muztangman93, I know you have had a terrible ordeal but if you could get through to Chris again and show him your concern I feel he could make this right for you. He is not a bad person in any means. :)

I went a week contacting them everyday before I posted this thread. Each day We will try to do a refund We will call you back today. Never did they call back. I called them every day and heard the same old story day in and day out.

QFT. I am on the verge of dropping some pretty good money a power adder. Because of this thread, not going to them.


According to the pole in pitstop that jewc started, the goods are at 48, the bads 26, so the good is outweighing the bad, . So, you know they can't be that terrible. As bads always get brought forth more than good.
However, the proof is in the pudding. on that pole is the option, never used them, never will. That number is at 33. That is right down the middle of the two.. SO a few threads over bad experiences, and BBR not willing to budge and make it right results in almost 30% of people(on this forum.) not even willing to to try them out, me included.
(pole results as of 10:20 pm eastern time 2-24-11)

So, in perspective, if those 33 people would've been swayed to bbr because of "good" threads and those potential buyers spent an average of 1000 dollars each, BBR just lost 33,000 dollars over a 170 dollar refund, a shitty dealing on a turbo kit, and not seeming to care.I know that would not all be profit, but still alot of lost sales.

i think by now its safe to say theyve had more than a few chances to make things right not only for him but others as well........

Actually the bad is outweighing the good because to me "never used them, never will" is also bad. So that in turn adds on to bad service. If you add up the good and every other one besides the first two I mentioned then it still doesn't add up.. Anyways you're right about what you said last

^ that makes sense, I wasn't thinking about it in those terms, I was looking at it more in the light of people that have actually had transactions with them.(good v bad.) not those influenced, but you are correct. If people aren't going to use them due to word of mouth that can be attributed to the bad, so therefore the bad is outweighing the good.
Not to mention, that is just this forum, it spreads a long way.

^ Hell yea man for sure. It can be looked at both ways. I am under the category of "never used them, never will" solely because of the multiple threads I have read on here.
