diff clutch pack

How do I know when it is time to change out the clutch pack in an 8.8 axle

I'd assume when you start being a one wheel wonder. Or one wheel peel master, etc. Or dont feel an inner wheel breaking loose during a tight corner.

If I jack up the car, both wheel lifted, geer in P the the diff brake loos at 80 Nm
Is this OK

According to the factory service manual, 27 Nm is the minimum acceptable breakaway torque for a differential with used clutches. If you're breaking away at 80 Nm, you're just fine.

If I jack up the car, one wheel lifted, geer in N the the diff brake loos at 45 Nm
So even this seams ok.
Thanks I can now do the oil change and be Confident that the lamells will last untill next oil Change.
