car whon"t start he floods i got a code poo191 it saids frp senser bad, i change the sensor but it keeps flooding, check the injector to see if they stay open but no, had to change the pulgs, i disconectthe fuel pump and it start conect it back and it floods any help on this please.

Fuel filter? How many miles/mods on the car?

Possible vacuum leak.
Check around the intake manifold for a hose off or something.
