Door Vinyl? Complete Redo

Anybody have the door vinyl completely replaced? I ripped mine off of the 06 a long while ago and I've been told the current vinyl is not reusable. Only guy that really quoted me over the phone has been $300 (he's done several of these). Does that seem about right?

I've not done it. But I found a company that sells the perforated material like Ford uses. I'll see if I can find the link on my home PC tonight.

I bought an 05 V6 with leather interior for a wholesaler last month to re sell. Both doors were bad. I had a local repair upolstry fix it for $35 a door. They said it would last and that the product they used to re attach the leather would never come loose. I will try and find the name of this sealant they used.

You can fix it easily with the stock vinyl. Just peeling off the glue backing with a scrapper, and using a 3M adhesive and resticking it and holding it in place for a few minutes. Great for ridding those pesky bubbles too!
