How is your idle set? Close or open loop?

Have you checked for a small vaccum leak or even a damaged o2 sensor? You swapped coils checked injectors, leakdown doesn't showed anything. I'd go with that...

No Vacuum leaks , I run open loop all the time , O2's are shut off.
Car idles fine , just a slight miss , when I accel a little you can hear it missing a cylinder. Im on my way back to the shop to try a couple of things out, will know tonight what it was hopefully . Im guessing its a injector that got clogged up or something .

Ok you guys are going to get a kick out of this.

So I went early today to the shop took the injectors off and took the number 5 injector to my buddy Damian at TD Autowerks.

He looked at it tapped it on his desk and said Looks OK . lol

He didn't have an extra one around which thats the main reason I went over there for ,so I said I would go back put the injector on #6 and see if the engine balance fault would follow the injector.

So got back to the shop 45 minutes later reinstalled the injectors again and fired up the car . We were all standing in front of the car dead quite and looked at each other and started laughing. The car idled perfectly no more miss, drove it around the block , nothing wrong with it .
Beats the hell out of me , I wonder if maybe there was a small dirt particle in the injector that came loose once he tapped it on his desk .

Needless to say cars fine , I'll retune it next Wednsday for 27 psi's and going back to the track.

Nice to know you didn't jinxed your car. BTW what have you done to your heads? Anything? I know it is stock but did you change something or grinded out some parts? I see on the pictures you posted there is a one that appears to have been grinded down in the middle. Is that stock, dont remember exactly

You may want to send the whole set of injector out to be cleaned and flowed. I would hate to hear that you burnt a piston from a faulty injector.

Great to hear Pete!

Thanks Marc , I was a little worried but I knew no matter what it couldn't be anything serious , I drive the car easy on the street , I only beat on it at the track . When it started to miss fire on me I was just driving around town normal conditions. Just started acting up so I knew it had to be something stupid .

Ive already thought of that , will be doing that next week .

On this motor probably 12k Ive been on E85 for about 3500 miles.

Isn't E85 known to try to clean out the fuel system? I'm wondering if some of that debris may be your problem? Since your conversion are you still on the same fuel filter?

I am having the exact same problem right now... I am going to the garage to start pulling injectors and tapping them on my workbench! ;)
