Hell what good is any build if you can't count on the foundation? That is sweet stuff JPC. Hell I spent $2400 on an A460 block because I didn't want to "wonder" whether the factory block would hold or not. Seems to be a great thing to consider if you are going for big power.

If the glide wasn't streetable, GM wouldnt have put it in cars from the factory. That's what I say at grudge races lol.

Thats True Just back in the day the speed limit was about 55 MPH

Eric can you pm me a price on what a short block would cost with darton sleeves and CSS

Pm Sent

Badass block! I'm Tempted even though I'm not shooting to be king or make 1400.

I think with your power level this isnt needed BUT it would not hurt. I would need you to make the decision on this pretty quick, since we are making progress with your build now.

Thats right if i mean this it pretty much as good as it gets right now. Short of a Full Filled block i dont think anyone has anything that is this strong. and even the filled block we could debate on the strength

The title says it all. "EPIC" And to think, the old 302 pushrod blocks could only handle 450 - 500 HP. I love this day and age.

^^^oem ones, yes, but aftermarket blocks a whole different story.

But boosted mod motors are hard to beat, thats for sure.
