Every setup will be different and your tuner plays a big role as well. Great progress so far. If you need a few odds and ends as far as clamps and couplers just let me know.

Didn't do much today. I ended up cleaning my upper and lower honeycombs in my grill. I noticed a hole in one of my honeycombs in the lower grill about the size of a nickel. So I decided to cut out a few of the honeycombs to make it look not so beat up, also it will add more airflow and show more of that beautiful intercooler. Afterwards I hit everything with Mothers back to black trim restorer.

Congrats on your paxton purchase. I run a novi 2200 right now on my 3v. I love the way it builds boost and allows you a split moment to get traction lol. I'm selling mine since I'm going another route but wish you the best with it.

S&H TT Kit? :p

finished up putting everything together and was able to get a startup tune from LITO. Everything seems to be working ok and tonight i will get the car off jackstands and be able to drive around. Have to wire a firewire cable up to my AEM failsafe gauge and then full datalogs can take place. Cant wait to drive this thing and hear the BOV!

Bov is sweet, even the soon to be wife said she really liked it lol. Lito just about has the tune pretty close, i will be dropping to a 3.40 or 3.33 pulley as what blackwidow said, the 3.6 wouldn't make much boost. I peaked at 5psi. Car still pulls strong. Had a minor hiccup yesterday, my temporary straps to hold the pipes broke on the hotside and caused a coupler to hit the crank pulley and eat through a tbolt. Caused a good leak where it wouldn't boost. Sounded like a quail driving down the road. Problems fixed now. Today im mounting the vortech cooling tank to create a little more space and cleanliness under the hood. Loving the new setup! I think without blow thru i wouldve been stranded yesterday, so thats already a plus

Did you also have some problems with the analog AEM failsafe output?
Lito and me had a hard time figuring out the formula.
Would be cool if you could PM me on this.

I finished relocating the overflow tank. Im in process of redoing some of the hotside pipes as clearance is vdry tight and there was a coupler between the crank pulley and oul filter. The coupler takes up roughly half an inch which is prized real estate in that area. I have a 3.40 pulley on the way and jeremy@s&h has the fuel pump kit on its way. I should have that installed by the end of the week and work on dialing in the tune with Lito.
