Ran my personal best last night. New setup was a bear to hook up. Not sure what the times mean on the slip as far as how the car is running. She seemed to pull real hard on the top end. I just could not get it to hook up to save my life. Here are the times, any input would be appreciated.

I was getting loud whining squeal when launching, not sure what that is.

You're picking up 31 MPH on the back half! Holy shit man. That is some serious top end.

Nice run. I'd check your driveshaft to see if it rubbed. I was expecting a noise similar to what my spec 3+ makes when I'm slipping it but that noise was totally different.

Dunno if it's hitting the loop or the tunnel it goes through. I had to cut a bunch of metal out to stop mine from hitting when I launched my car plus I had to put the LCA relocation brackets to stop it from squatting to all hell. My car would slam down on the bump stops like no tomorrow until I did the relocation brackets.

That's making nice power. I didn't see suspension mods listed in that other thread. What are you running for tires & suspension?

Agreed. It's definitely related to load. When it hopped in first, the noise matched the hop.

These are my current suspension mods:
-BMR Billet LCA's
-BMR Relocation Brackets
-BMR Adjustable Pan Hard Bar
-BMR Pan Hard Brace
-Steeda Ultra Lite Springs

I'm going to try and get it up on the lift this weekend to see whats making the noise. Hopefully nothing internal.

I think the driveshaft is making contact with something---which will be really easy to see when you get the car up in the air.

And yes, 126 is 10s easily. My best ET at 126 mph was a 10.595.

That would be awesome! I'm just hoping for 10.99 or better. I'm new to the drag racing seen. I have maybe 15 runs over the last 8 year span with my old STi and now the mustang. It amazing how hard it is to get a good run all the way down the track haha but, what a rush!

If you have the stock UCA with all of that power, you could be getting some crazy deflection back there. I'd recommend an UCA like this: http://www.uprproducts.com/mustang-...ouble-adjustable-upper-3rd-link-mount-05.html and start with the pinion angle around -3°.

But yeah, I think your driveshaft is hitting the loop.
