Just in case the 709 isn't enough! lol.

I haven't maxed out yet with Fore's dual hat and regulator. I've been running a return system dead heading off the rails and returning through the regulator.

I just picked up a set of Metco's billet rails. Sweet! This will help finish off the system.

I picked up the triple hat upgrade from Fore. We are adding a 3rd pump for a little "extra". I haven't dropped below 62 or so psi where i'm at, but i like the idea of being overkill on the system.

If a pump takes a crap, i know i'm still good for 700+ :)

Also, I like the idea of know old fuel sitting at the head of the rail.

We got the 3rd pump wired in last night and added to the tank.
We got rid of the lil 2 into 1 fitting we had and added Fore's nice billet 3 in to 1.

The piece actually fit in real good under the stock pastic piece under there. It tucks back a little more, but i left it forward for pic purposes.
We also got the inline filter added as well. Each pump has a nice filter under it, but this adds a little protection.

On the old setup we were running the #8 to the regulator and then returning off the regulator. Still dead heading at the rails.

With the metco rails, we were just going to use the stock feed and cross over, but the more we looked at it. We decided that we are going to take the #8 feed line, and split it off at the back of the rails going to each side individually.

Then, we are going to run each side off the front and back to the regulator. This will set us up with a "true" return style system.
I'll get some more pics up once the rest of the system is done. We are waiting on some fittings.

For the fuel line, we are using Earls Pro Lite. Brian @ Finish Line really likes it alot more than steel braided. It's lighter, more flexible, but plenty durable. Still looks real good too!

One afternoon spent wrestling with braided stainless and AN fittings you will like ANYTHING else. That stuff looks cool, but is a serious PITA to work with. I like the Aeroquip socketless stuff myself. Uber easy to work with, just need to use their special clamps on the fittings for safety.

Looks good.

Now you have enough fuel system to run E85. Just get you some ID injectors and you'll be golden!!!! You'll never need to buy MS109 again at a bagillion dollars a gallon and have much better performance.

Is there a chance of one side getting more flow, and the other, not enough, like this, rather than if they were ran in series?

I TT Walbro, they said there pumps are not e85 capable. They said technically none of the aftermarket ones out there right now are.

They are working on one, but it's still a few months away, and will not fit in a hat designed for the 255's

There are many that run the GSS342's on E85 without issue. Did they say specifically what part of the pumps weren't compatible? Ethanol isn't like Methanol, its not uber corrosive like people think it is. It's a great solvent so it will clean out any deposits in your fuel tank, but it doesn't eat parts other than some glues in paper fuel filter elements.

Ran 3 Walbro's for a little over a year on E85 every day , the pumps started to make alot of noise and I noticed it would take longer to build pressure . Its fairly very easy to swith out the pumps so after a year or so if they act up just buy new pumps and replace them . I believe the Walbros are like 85.00 each thru Summit. Besides from now to a year from now someone will have a better pump out which you will buy anyway.

Im using now 3 Deatschwerks 300 LPH pumps so far so good. If they start to act up or loose pressure I'll go back to the Walbro's and change my Injectors to the new ID 1600s.

I like badass hardcore parts. Nice setup. I would say your def on the safe side for the fuel system!

Should we all change our setups for a true return-style fuel system? I am thinking about Boss Intake and Boost this fall. How long did the stock shortblock last you?

he said that stuff from the internals to wiring, etc..

he said he knows people have run them, but they definately aren't warrantied for e85
