First time buying Track Tires. Need help.

Will I be good to buy just these MT ET streets? I dont need to get tubes or anything else? I just buy them and have them mounted and balanced at my local tire shop,right?

I understand that there is a difference between the two tires, but wouldnt I hook better with the E T Streets vs the radials? These are only going on for the track. Not daily use.

Shouldn't have a problem hooking with either.
